Accessing ReSharper features from macros

I'm wondering if it's possible to access ReSharper features like GotoType from a VS 2005 Macro? If so how? I was looking to import or add a reference but couldn't find a canidate. Any help appreciated.

Hello Chris,

in ReSharper 1.5 there is no API exposed for programmatically accessing
ReSharper's features. However, you may try ReSharper 2.0 EAP, as
ReSharper 2.0 has API, and it seems for me that it is possible to
achieve what you're looking for. There is a newsgroup 'jetbrains.resharper.openapi'
for discussing API-related issues.

Hi and thanks for the reply. We are indeed using version 2.0.13. So we're looking to do soemthing along the lines of...

Dim typeName as string
typeName = "SomeType"

ReSharper2005AddOn.GotoType(typeName);

So as this is crossing over into API stuff I'll post over there. Basically I'm looking to keep it at a much higher level than writing a plug-in though. We have a solution using the built in DTE.ItemOperations.OpenFile(filename) but the above we be much nicer as it does not require a filename but a type name.
