Installation Build 255 fails (uninstall had already been done weeks ago)

In the past I kept installing and reinstalling Resharper (VS2005) at every build.
After every installation I run ngen against every DLL in the resharper folder, to ensure maximum speed.

Recently, a few weeks ago, I uninstalled it to test another add-in (DX-Core).

Today I uninstalled DXCore and wanted to install the latest build 255.
It failed with the log in attachment.
How should I proceed ?
