R# reset context menus on each VS restart

Hello Dmitry,

unfortunately, most likely it's not currently possible at all - ReSharper
adds its menu entries each time the
user starts VS. We'll think of changing this behavior for 3.0.

Hello all.

After customization of context menus (removing some R# related items),
all work as expected till VS restart. But after restart all removed
items apears again. Does somebody know how to resolve it?
