Disable Unit Testing features

you can edit whatever VS menu you want by using Tools|Customize.

Is there a way, and if not, can it please be added to the next
release, to disable all Unit Testing functionality of R#?

I like the VSTS Unit Testing better and the R# options just get in my
way. I don't want them on the menu's at all...
