Need Window with Red/Amber/Green Status of All Open Files

I've been doing a lot of major refactoring lately. One thing I've noticed is
that you really don't want to do a refactoring that will affect a file
which has errors (Red in the indicator bar). Often, such errors prevent a
subsequent refactoring from updating the file with an error. I don't have
an example right at hand, but this happened to me many times in the last
week or so.

What I'd like is a window which could show the status of each open file, as
that status becomes available. All I'd need is the file path and an
indicator. This would tell me whether or not to go on to the next
refactoring step.

This would go very nicely with the suggestion made by "Doron" on 2006-02-06
at 20:34, titled "Multiple quick fixes.". You could add a button to each
line which, when clicked, brought up the grid Doron suggests.

Thanks,
John Saunders

Eclipse highlights the nodes of packages and files. A package node is
the status of the 'worst' offender in the nodes beneath it, and on up.
So if there's a 'red' anywhere in the tree, the top level project node
is also 'red'.

Dunno if R# could super-impose that sort of status in the nodes in
Solution Explorer or not - but, could be handy.
