Upgrades are no more than 60% of the cost of full-price copies (ie... take 40% off the current price). If you do not need those additional productivity features immediately, you may wish to wait. You should have no problem squeezing the price difference (savings) out in productivity in regards to ROI in the next few months, though.

I have no question about the ROI ;0) I'm a big proponent of your product.
What is the ETA of 3.0? Can we buy it now and not have to deal with an upgrade situation?
