Code Format shortcut .. Ctrl + Alt + F

After installing ReSharper 3.0 the old keyboard shortcut
CtrlAltf & CtrlAltShift+f is not present anymore.

How do I get it back?

If you installed ReSharper 3.0 with Visual Studio shortcuts, Reformat is
CtrlE, CtrlF.

I think the question I'm interested in answering is where we can find the cheatsheet for each of the two options.

I too was used to the old Reformat code shortcuts... but am NOT an IntelliJ developer, so naturally chose the VS.NET keyboard layout.

Hello G. Richard Bellamy,

Take a look on this page:
http://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/documentation/index.html

Down the page there are downloads for keymap PDFs.

Sincerely,
