3.0 Keymap GoTo File Member
The docs show GoTo File Member to be ctrlf12 but the default keymapping is bound to alt\
It shows alt+\ in the keymap pdf too, see:

In Visual Studio shortcut scheme, Go to File Member is mapped to Alt+\, while
in ReSharper 2.x/IDEA scheme it is mapped to Ctrl-F12.
Which docs do you refer to?

The .chm help that's installed with ReSharper...that's the one that's integrated in with all the other Microsoft help.

Unfortunately, it is "a bit" out of date. We've fixed organizational problems
with help authoring now and actively working on the help system.
