Enter a license -- All greyed out?

is ReSharper enabled in Tools|Add-In Manager?

My demo version expired so I bought a code.

Most of the menu items under the ReSharper menu are ghosted out. I
can't select the "License" menu option.

I tried uninstall/reinstall of the downloaded version 3.01

Does anyone have any idea how to enter a license when the license option in the menu is greyed out. I'd really like to be able to use my license....
