Reformat code is moving my props

In the new ver (ver. 3). I´m having trouble reformatting my code, because when I do so, Reformat code is moving my props around.

My codestyle comes from Java and I want my props to be located in the absolute bottom of the class. But the Reformat Code keeps moving them and I can´t find the options here to stop this annoying behaviour.

So how do I stop it?
