R#4 - error in quick fix tooltip to remove region

See attached pic.

I have placed cursor after collapsed region 'Run' like:

#region|
...
#endregion

and then quick fix tooltip is showed in upper left corner of editor,
but when i place cursor before region like:

|#region
...
#endregion

if it showed in right place.
