Create local variable quickfix - duplicate items

I have this construction:


IAccount account;
|result = RefreshAccountInfo(BalanceType.Start, out account);


Cursor is placed where | is, word "result" is highlighted in red, and
r# offers me to use "create local variable" as quickfix. When i press
Alt+Enter, it shows me combo with duplicate items (see pic).
