csUnit Support - Missing?

I have ReSharper 4.0.819.19. I came across project with csUnit, so I have build and installed csUnit.dll into GAC. I was hoping to run unit tests using ReSharper, however in ReSharper Options/Tools/Unit Testing I have only nUnit provider.

Any ideas how to resolve this ?
