4.1 won't start

I had v4 installed. I installed v4.1 and it said there were conflicts. I let the installer do what it did to uninstall the old and install the new.

Now when I start VS2008, I get a Resharper Fatal Error that addin could not load supplementary part is missing with some GUID The error said to repair which I did but it did not fix anything.

Has anyone seen this problem?
