Indent preprocessor keywords

Hi,

In 4.5 there is an option to 'Don't indent comments started at first
column'.

Is there an way of getting the same behavior for preprocessor keywords ?

I would like to have my #region and #endregion keywords in the first
column after a run of ReSharpers 'Cleanup code'.
