I'm running VS2008 sp1, everytime I start a web project  VS closes immediately with no error message. If I disable Resharper from the add-in dialog box it, I'm able to load the project. As soon as I enable Resharper through the plug in dialog box it crashes with no error messages.

I used WinDG to see if there was something obvious. All I got is the this:

Anybody out theres experiencing a similar problem?

Right now Resharper is completely useless.
