Context Action Show but wont let me view the options

Hi there

Having a few issues with resharper 4.5 (latest and 4.1)

For some reason when i click on the context action light bulb i see the menu for a millie-second and its gone. (see attached video)

The same happens on several other options such as clicking on the about resharper.

Help please.
