No red marker when there are errors

Occationally when R# indicates there are errors in the file, the marker bar doesn't show any red markers. I have attached an example where it indicates there's an error but I am unable to see any red markers. I am using the latest build 4.5.1238.

May I suggest an enhancment where clicking on the status indicator makes the cursor go to the line with the error and with the clicks, it cycles through the lines with the errors?

Sometimes it becomes a game of Where's Waldo to find the red marker in the sea of warning markers.

Hello,

There's a known problem with marker priorities. As we now have multiple stages
of analysis, especially with Solution Analysis on, sometimes the later warnings
or suggestions would cover an error mark.

May I suggest an enhancment where clicking on the status indicator
makes the cursor go to the line with the error and with the clicks, it
cycles through the lines with the errors?

Actually, R# has an action to go to the next error. With Solution Analysis
on, it can navigate through all of the errors in the solution.

With Visual Studio bindings, you can press Alt+Down Arrow to jump to the
next error, warning or suggestion, or AltShiftDown Arrow to jump to the
next error. I find the keyboard shortcuts much more convenient than clicking
on the warning markers.

What's the keyboard shortcut to navigate through the errors?

What do you mean by Visual Studio Binding? Is it Visual Studio Integration under Option ->General? My alt-down selects lines.

Hello abdu,

Try F12 to go to the next highlight and alt-F12 to go to the next error. Anyway you can discover your shortcut for this feature in menu: ReSharper -> Go To -> Next Highlight.

I cannot know your keyboard bindings for sure, but I'd guess that should
be AltShiftPgDn.

Doh! Now that I have egg all over my face, I meant Alt+PgDn and
AltShiftPgDn if you are using Visual Studio bindings (ReSharper, Options,
Restore ReSharper keyboard shortcuts: Visual Studio) or as Olga mentions F12
or Alt+F12 if you are using ReSharper 2.x or IntelliJ IDEA bindings
(ReSharper, Options, Restore ReSharper keyboard shorts: ReSharper 2.x or
IntelliJ IDEA).

Thanks. I wasn't aware this basic feature existed!

I would suggest that clicking the red square would be a great alternate way
of navigating to the next error (and if the square is yellow, then
navigating to the next warning). It'd be a handy short-cut :)
