Problem with Microsoft.Office.Core

I have a c# project mit reference to microsoft.office.core and mcirosoft.office.interop.excel. and use ...

using Excel = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel;
using Office = Microsoft.Office.Core;

but reshaper shoes cannot resolve symbol "office" and shows it as red, but i can compile it with no problem. how to solve this?
