Persistent state of "Track caret in editor" and "Automatically scroll to source" buttons

Hello,

in most time I enable the buttons "Track caret in editor" and "Automatically scroll to source" in "File Structure" window. But after restart of Visual Studio these buttons are disabled. I wish I had the chance to persistate the enabling, because our Visual Studio chrashes several times a day since Visual Studio 2008 SP1 is installed and so I have to set these buttons always again.
