I ran into a situation where when I was typing in c# source window things were getting slower and slower. Also when starting up Visual Studio, things started to take a long time before I could actually do something. This was on a medium size C# solution ( > 20 but < 30 projects). At first things ran great, but over time I noticed that typing and startup appeared to take longer and longer. I tied disabling code analysis but that didn't have any affect.
I am new to ReSharper so I don't really know about tweaks that you can do etc. I am the only one on my team that is using the latest version so it was suggested that I use an earlier version.
