VS2008 hangs when opening solution with aspx file active in text editor

If I leave an aspx file as the active tab in the text editor when closing a solution in VS2008, the next time I open the solution VS2008 will hang on "Loading assemblies..." and I have to kill devenv.exe.

If I disable Resharper, and then open the solution, everything is fine. I can re-enable Resharper after the solution has loaded.

The problem does not occur if I had aspx files open in background tabs when closing the solution.

I have tried several builds of Resharper 4.5, and am currently using the latest (4.5.1289.0). Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this, or how I can fix it?
