Surround & Live Template Shortcuts

I would like to assign a key combo to a template.  I cant seem to find anyplace that i can do this, i have event tried to create a macro in visual studio to perform the keystrokes. For example i would like to map: ctrl+shift+q to the first surround template (ctrl+e, u, 1).  The problem with trying to use a visual studio macro is that it appears that it will not send the '1' to the resharper context menu.

Sorry if this has been covered i searched and couldnt find anything on the topic.

-thanks
