Resharper 4.5 and World Wind

Hello,
     I am using Visual Studio 2008 and Resharper 4.5.  The project that I am currently working on uses something called "World Wind" which is essentially an open source 3-D interactive world viewer written in Java.  My problem is that when I have Resharper active, (go into tools->add-in manager and put a check next to Resharper), everytime I try to view the GUI designer, Visual Studio dies.  When I uncheck Resharper and delete the reshaper user file, I can view the GUI designer with no problem.  I think that Reshaper and World Wind cannot play together and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you solve it?
