Keystroke bindings don't always work

Can anyone explain why I might have problems with Resharper keystroke bindings?

Some of them work as expected while others don't? For instance Alt+Enter works fine but Alt+PgDn doesn't. If I examine the bindings in the keystroke customisation dialog I see that Alt+PgDn is mapped to the expected function but pressing the keys has no effect. Clicking on the function in the Resharper menu (where the keystroke binding is displayed) works fine. I have tried resetting the VS2010 keystroke bindings to default, both with and without the additional VS2005 C# bindings, then applying the Resharper Visual Studio scheme, but this makes no difference. It's all rather frustrating. There's not much benefit to using Resharper if you have to delve into the menus every time you want to navigate to the next highlight in the file.

Hello Steve,

Could you please tell me the exact name of the command that is mapped to
AltPgDn? Is it mapped both in Global and Text Editor contexts? Is the AltPgDn
command the only one that doesn't work as expected? Thank you!

Thanks for the reply Andrey, but it has become clear to me that this is not a ReSharper problem as such, but rather a problem with the keyboard itself or some other software I may have installed. As can be seen from my post on Superuser.com the keyboard is not doing anything when Alt+PgUp or Alt+PgUp are pressed. I have worked around the problem by mapping the ReSharper_GotoNextHighlight and ReSharper_GotoPrevHighlight functions to the Shift+Alt+0 and Shift+Alt+9 keystrokes. As the Natural Keyboard 4000 has small ( and ) keys over the numeric keypad I can press these with along the Alt key to generate those keystrokes.
