Keyboard mapping gone in VS2010

Hi, this is my first post here.

I'm really happy with ReSharper until yesterday. Don't know what happened but my shortcut mappings were gone. I tried to reset keyboard mapping in VS and apply ReSharper shortcuts again. The result was even more confusing. The key mapping got mixed, some where from VS and som from R#. I had to manually map Ctrl+T, Ctrl+Shift+T, ALT+Enter...

This is very anoying as I depend very much on R# to do my work, has anybody experienced the same issue?

I'm running Windows 7 and VS 2010. We use TFS and Team City så I have intalled the Team City plugin for VS
