Any guidance on porting a WebStorm/RubyMine ext to ReSharper?

I'm finding myself in need of at least some colorization for CoffeeScript, and there are some good extensions to WebStorm/RubyMine, is it possible to port those extensions over to ReSharper to at least get basic colorization, or is that totally the wrong path to go down?
