How to share inspection suppressions?

I want to share the suppressions for an inspection for the entire
development team.  In other words, in the inspection explorer, if
someone says "Hide all of these", I want it to be hidden on everyone
else's machine.  I would like the same thing at the suggestion level
(for example, everyone either sees or doesn't see the "change to var"
rule).

How do I share these preferences?
