ReSharper MSTest Runner still doesn't work in 6.0 Follow

We've had to give up using the ReSharper MSTest Runner in 5.0 because our
tests started to depend on deployment items in order to run (and do some
dynamic binding).  Visual Studio recognizes the settings in the
testrun.config file just fine.  Any attempt to run with the ReSharper test
runner will fail.

This was reported several months ago, and the person who reported it (no
longer with the company) was told it should be fixed in 6.0.

I've just tested with the new fresh 6.0 install, and it's still broken for
us.

Any idea on when you'll fix this glaring error in the ReSharper test runner
so we can go back to using it again?  I'm kind of missing it!
