Disable other instance problem

When multiple VS solutions (3 in my case) are open, then resharper
keeps on popping a message to disable other instances. It also makes
the solutions little slow to respond at this time. My other instances
become automatically disabled also.

I have a licensed C# version and build is 6.0.2202.688.

My fellow worker is getting into the same problem also. I just double chekced the licenses and both of use different keys.
