Mad at you all! :-)
Why oh why don't you make ReSharper for more products? As a developer, I clearly spend the majority of my day inside Visual Studio, where your product continues to amaze me and thrill me with the things it does. I have grown accustomed to your hotkeys, and pressing Alt-Enter to fix bugs or refactor is simply second nature.
So tell me, how am I now supposed to function inside SQL Server Management Studio? There's IntelliSense, but they make me type the entire leading name. For example, with a database with tables name tblMyReallyLongNameA and tblMyReallyLongNameB, I have to type the entire thing! With R#, I would have simply typed tmrlna!
Similarly, imagine my horror when typing an email in Outlook. I spell something wrong. It underlines in red. I move back, press Alt-Enter, and it brings up some stupid properties dialog!
Please, oh please, make R# for everything!
Just kidding, keep up the good work, just wanted to say how much I enjoy the product.

Yeah, I know that feeling :)
