First of all, you can filter the find results by read usages and by write usages by clicking the corresponding buttons on the Find Results window toolbar. Also, if you want to find only write usages of a property, place the caret on property's 'set' keyword and run Find Usages. Let me know if this helps.

It would be really nice to filter Find Usages to just getters or setters
