Resharper 5 can't run mstest once coded ui test is added to project

I know Coded UI Tests are not supported in Resharper 5 but once you add a Coded UI Tests to a Test Project you can no longer run any other test that was working before adding a Coded UI Tests. You get this message.

Unit Test Runner failed to load test assembly:
JetBrains.ReSharper.TaskRunnerFramework.TaskException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITesting, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I consider this a bug with Resharper 5 not a new feature, you should still be able to run existing tests. Is there any chance of getting this fixed in Resharper 5?

Hello Ryan
This problem is fixed since ReSharper 6.0. I'm afraid we no longer provide bug-fixes for ReSharper 5. As a workaround, you can just copy the necessary assembly to your project's output folder. Thank you!
