Resharper is no longer reformatting my Xaml upon Paste, Save, Enter

I am not sure what changed, but Resharper isn't reformatting my xaml code anymore.  It seems to randomly work, but the majority of the time it isn't doing anything.  This is a huge bummer!  This used to work just fine.

Can anyone direct me on how to resolve this?  I have gone into my settings and made sure all reformat options are checked (there aren't any xaml specific reformat options).
