How to activate Ctrl+Left click?

Somehow I've managed to deactivate the normal R# behavior that maked Ctrl+Left click goto a type's declaration. I've tried uncheck/re-sheck the option (Resharper-->Options-->Search & Navigation-->Go to Declaration on <Control + Left Click>) but there's no underline when I hover a type and hold Ctrl and left-clicking the type has no effect.

How can i activate this behavior?
