LiveTemplate macro "Full user name" not working

On one of my computers, whenever I create a new class file from a LiveTemplate the macro "Full user name of the current user" yields nothing. If I use the macro "Short name of the current user" I do get my first name.

Does Resharper get this information from the Windows account? Can I fix this somehow?
