Find Usages Feature Request

I noticed that it would be very helpful if there was a way filter the result set of find usages to only the lines where that variable was modified (not modified as in edited in the IDE, but as in the value is assigned at runtime). That feature is not available in Visual Studio 2010 and would save a lot of time with debugging, especially if there's a way to set breakpoints at those locations.
