Can't install ReSharper 7 on Windows 7 x64

Hi, I can't install ReSharper 7 on Windows 7 x64, Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate. When I starting installation I have error message: There is problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Please help me.
