Structural Pattern Replace dialog stuck.

I am trying to replace a pattern through out my solution. But when I click Replace on the replace dialog (From Resharper -> Options -> Custom Patterns -> Search Now) - the dialog seems to get stuck. the files are modified but they are not saved on disk. Since there is no way to cancel the dialog and preserve the changes - I have to kill VS IDE. Since the files were never saved - my changes do not take effect.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
