Unit Test Execution After Successful Build

I am using Resharper 7.x, VS 2012 on Win8 x64.

Googling I found a macro that a Reshaper user created that allows for Resharper test run execution after a successful build but macro support has been removed from VS2012 by Microsoft.

Does anyone know how to make this happen? This is my one big hangup about the test runner that I can do with Microsoft's test runner that I would love to do away with if I can.

Thanks,

Jim

In my opinion, this is kind of redundant - instead of pressing shift-ctrl-b to build, use the appropriate keyboard shortcuts to run the current test, test class, session or solution. The ReSharper test run will make sure the projects are built before the tests are run. The macro is really just automating you hitting a different keyboard shortcut.
