ReSharper 7 Licence

We renewed our ReSharper licences in August to version 7. On one machine that has had 7.0, then 7.1 beta and now the 7.1 release it is all working fine. However on a new install of 7.1 I am told the licence keys are invalid.

Using the name send through with the licences still does not sove the problem!

Could you please send me the screenshot of the 'ReSharper | Help | License Information' dialog, where ReSharper is refusing to accept the license?
