Methods description tooltip not showing when selected

Hello all,

The first thing I noticed when I started using R# was the missing tooltip with the methods signature and description.

In the above picture I was expecting to see, on the right side, the tooltip with the associated metadata of the Equals method.

Example: VS 2012 without R#:



Is there some option that I neet to activate or something?
