RS 7 test runner not showing log4net output.

[7.1.1]/VS2012

I cannot get log4net output to be shown for NUnit tests when running them via the RS test runner. I tried disable shadow copy of assemblies with no luck.
This used to work fine with RS 6.1, and is working fine on test runner on TC 7.1.4.

How can I make it work again with RS 7.1?
