Closing Brace adds comment

I had this turned on in my other office, but cannot seem to get it turned on again.

I noticed (at least I thought it was R#) that there was a comment at the end of a closing brace.  Like:

foreach( var s in items ) {

...

} // End foreach

Can someone steer me to where this is at?  Using vs2012 on Win7 & 8.
