Resharper keyboard shortcuts don't work in Visual Studio 2013 RC

I recently installed Visual Studio 2013 RC, and then re-installed Resharper 8.01 so that it would be available within VS2013. And it is, i.e., I see all the Resharper menu items. But so far as I can tell, none of the keyboard shortcuts work. For instance, if I press Ctrl-T, it transposes the two characters at the cursor rather than bringing up the "Find classes and files" dialog box.

I've tried going into Resharper, Options, Environment, Keyboard & Menus, and applying the appropriate scheme, but it didn't seem to have any impact. I also uninstalled Resharper 8.01 and then reinstalled it from scratch, to no avail. Keyboard shortcuts work fine in VS2012, but not in VS2013 RC. (On this one machine, at least - they work fine in another machine that I tried.)

Suggestions?

Hi Ken,

We've been reported about this behavior: http://resharper-support.jetbrains.com/entries/26477768-ReSharper-Keyboard-Shortcuts-and-Fonts-Colors-do-not-appear-in-VS-after-installation

We would appreciate if you could:
1. Tell us detailed info on R# installation: was this a clean install/upgrade? If it was an upgrade, which R# version was the previous one?
2. We would also appreciate the logs of:
- ReSharper installer: 'msiexec /i ReSharperSetup<VERSION>.msi /lv C:\resharper_install.txt'.
- ReSharper Log when applying keyboard shortcut scheme (run VS with this command line and try to aply shortcuts): 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile C:\resharper_log.txt /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose'
- VS log: run VS with the following line: devenv.exe /log C:\vs_log.txt and try to apply R# keyboard shortcuts once again.

Please attach all the information here, or to this YouTrack issue (preferrable, 'cause in this case the info will go to the developer straight away without delays): http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-386607

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in advance!

Heh, I was actually the one who reported that (and I made this post in the forum before anybody had responded - and it just now got approved by the moderator). All my details are already attached to the work item.
