Resharper.Nuget package conflict in 8.0.2

Did 8.0.2 include an updated version of the Resharper.Nuget package?

I appear to have 1.3.518.197 installed that cannot load with 1.3.500 from the repository installed.  plugins folder also appears to have a delete me file for the 1.3.500 version.

Yes, 8.0.2 ships with version 1.3.518.197 of the plugin. There's no new functionality - it's just always built as part of building a new release. You might see multiple copies in the packages repository because we do the update a little late in the lifecycle of the application - the 1.3.500 version has already been loaded when we uninstall it and install the 1.3.518 version. ReSharper is able to remove the plugin on the fly, so it's no longer used, but it can't unload it from the AppDomain - a .net restriction. The next time you start VS, the old version is deleted.

There should be no issue with loading the new version of the plugin, even on the first run. Did you see any issues or error messages?

No, just noticed the warning in the options dialogue and got really confused because the plugin on the nuget repository is the earlier build number.
