Line breaks on parameter lists after parenthesis broken

It appears in 8.0.2 that the setting for "prefer wrap after "(" in invocation" is being ignored if the first argument is longer than the line cutoff point. For example:

doThing("something", something, something, somereallylongthingthatcausesawrap)

will properly be wrapped to

doThing("something",
            something,
            something,
            somereallylongthingthatcausesawrap)
