Introduce Action/Func parameter?

I find myself frequently wanting to extract a method's usage into a Func or Action parameter, but I can't figure out how to do it in Resharper, or if its even possible. In the screenshot below, it's a matter of converting Example1 into Example2. Is there a way to do this in Resharper?
