Url Picker Missing

Hello all!

I have noticed recently when building a website that after installing resharper the url picker is gone.  For example I'll start the tag <a h, with resharper I'll tab to complete the href, resharper will put the ="" as well.  But without resharper i just completes the tag and I need to put the ="" myself.

However without resharper I will get an intellisense dropdown with webpages and a url picker, with resharper I get no such item.  Is there a setting I can reset or something?
