Is there a way to change the comment style for copyright headers?

I've got a copyright header setup for my projects presently in Code Editing/File Header Text, and there does not appear to be any option to choose which style of comments are used -- inline or block. It defaults to using inline comments, and I'd prefer that it used block comments instead. Is there a way to get this? I'm using ReSharper 8.1.23.546 running on VS 12 (2013)
